I purchased a leather guitar strap with Ciro while visiting Firenze. The guitar strap is absolutely gorgeous and the quality is impeccable! Ciro was extremely accomodating, great with updating shipping information, and amazing to work with. I would definitely reccommend purchasing anything from his shop, the pieces are all beautiful and they make great gifts!

We visited the shop while on an artisan tour during Thanksgiving. The craftsmanship was amazing and surprisingly I left with only two bracelets but could have shopped for even longer. I look forward to going back and ordering more custom items. Happiest of New Years!

Il color "ebony" è un po' più tendente al nero di quanto mi aspettassi ma essendo un prodotto artigianale è ovvio che le colorazioni possano variare un po' (non è una critica, solo un'informazione che ritengo possa essere utile, l'anello è bellissimo!)

We visited Firenze over Thanksgiving 2022 and 1 thing I had planned to purchase on our trip was a handmade leather belt. As luck would have it we met a gentleman on our flight that lived in Firenze and recommended Quoio for this purchase. My wife and I stopped in the shop one day and I knew immediately we were in the right place. Ciro, the owner, was very kind and explained the type of leather and the process he goes through in producing his leather products. We came back the next day and purchased 4 belts. 2 as gifts. Ciro is very busy this time of year filling Christmas orders but he assured me he could craft the belts and ship them to the USA and they would arrive around December 15. They arrived on December 14 and they are absolutely beautiful. The quality and craftmanship are off the charts. This will not be my last purchase at Quoio for sure.

While visiting Firenze recently, we did a google search for a custom belt shop. We found Quoio and so glad. Ciro made several belts for us. We chose our buckles from the beautiful collection and matched by them with the many leather belt choices. Several belts were gifts and we had Ciro monogram and belts with initials and wallet. His measurements were perfect and shipped our belts quickly. He updated us when they were shipped. Ciro’s craftsmanship and customer service was over and above! We will definitely order again!

I found this little store when I was in Florence. I saw a belt in brown leather and felt in love with it. Unfortunately I do could not go back to Florence the past years, so I contacted Ciro and asked him if he he can produce a another two unique tailor made belts for me. one week later the belts arrived by courier in switzerland. i highly recommen Ciros real craftmanship and would always buy more leather broducts from him. Dopo aver acquistato online un braccialetto che mi è piaciuto moltissimo, non ho avuto dubbi su cosa regalare a mio padre per il suo compleanno: una cintura di QUOIO. Bellissima e fatta benissimo! Sia al tatto che alla vista si capisce che è una lavorazione artigianale ben fatta. Cito le testuali parole di mio padre quando ha aperto il pacchetto: "Una cintura bella così non l'avevo mai avuta". La consegna è stata puntualissima, come indicata nel sito.

I described the leather bracelet I was hoping to find to the owner of a shop in Florence that specializes in unique goods by local craftspeople. He sent me directly to Quoio. And when I couldn't find exactly what I was imagining among the many beautiful bracelets, I explained it to Ciro, he asked a few questions and measured my wrist, and---presto!---the wonderful finished product was back in San Francisco almost before I was. Ho scoperto Quoio facendo una ricerca su internet perché ero interessata ad un braccialetto in cuoio su cui incidere una scritta personalizzata. Quando l’ho contattato, il Sig. Ciro Brandi mi ha fatto un’ottima impressione ed è stato veramente super gentile. Mi ha dato alcuni consigli sulla realizzazione del bracciale, li ho seguiti ed è venuto fuori un articolo in cuoio bellissimo di cui si percepisce l’ottima qualità. Trovo che il rapporto qualità/prezzo sia ottimo. Sia la realizzazione che la consegna sono stati molto rapidi. Pienamente soddisfatta! Lo terrò sicuramente presente anche per altri acquisti futuri.

Value for money!
Le cinture di Ciro sono assolutamente artigianali e fatte con materiali di qualità indiscussa. Niente borchie o aggiunte inutili ma solo la bellezza del cuoio e delle fibbie in ottone.
Ho preso la misura e scelto il cuoio e la fibbia in negozio e dopo pochi giorni ho ricevuto la cintura che volevo comodamente a casa.
Temo che quella che ho preso sarà la prima di una lunga serie...

Ho contattato Ciro per delle informazioni su un bracciale e se fosse possibile fare un’incisione al suo interno. Mi ha risposto subito il giorno stesso ed è stato molto cortese e disponibile. Il bracciale è arrivato dopo 5 giorni lavorativi dalla richiesta in ottime condizioni. Qualità del materiale impeccabile. Sicuramente un ottimo acquisto, se dovessi aver ancora bisogno sicuramente lo ricontatterei senza pensarci due volte.

I ordered my custom belt at Ciro’s store in Firenze and received it all the way in California in only 6 days! I have owned a few handmade belts from around the USA but they don’t compare to the quality of Ciro’s craftsmanship and selection of materials. He was also very helpful and took his time to make sure I got the exact belt I was looking for. I look forward to seeing how this belt ages, the leather is beautiful!

Sono molto molto soddisfatto della mia nuovissima custodia in cuoio Blu, personalizzata con il mio nome, che ho voluto far incidere con caratteri in Cirillico. Non ci sono limiti per Ciro Brandi: basta esprimere un desiderio e lui ti accontenta SEMPRE! Poi, se mai dovesse emergere un problema, bè Lui lo risolve immediatamente, senza se e senza ma.

Ottime sia la qualità del materiale usato che la rifinitura come, del resto, tutti gli altri articoli acquistati fino ad ora. Ci tengo, inoltre, a sottolineare l'estrema disponibilità dimostrata da Ciro a seguito di un involontario problema in merito all'ordine, prontamente risolto senza alcuna difficoltà. Per il compleanno del mio fidanzato ho deciso di acquistare un bracciale personalizzato con un'incisione da QUOIO.
Sebbene l'indicatore sul sito per il dimensionamento del polso sfasi leggermente di 3 mm (anche se stampato con "ADATTA") sono riuscita ad acquistare un modello di misura adeguata che è arrivato esattamente nei tempi prestabiliti.
Sono veramente soddisfatta del prodotto: è unico e di qualità!

Ho acquistato un braccialetto con un'incisione personalizzata e non potrei essere più soddisfatta. Ciro è stato gentile e rapido nel rispondere alle mie domande sulla personalizzazione e il bracciale è arrivato in tempi davvero brevi.
È un oggetto molto bello e curato in ogni dettaglio, seppur nella sua semplicità. Prima ancora di aprire l'imballaggio si può sentire l'odore del cuoio, che è di evidente qualità. Non c'è che dire un'arte e una professionalità ormai rare. Sicuramente acquisterò di nuovo! -

I received my belt today and I absolutely LOVE IT. It is everything and much more than what I expected. The quality and craftsmanship of the belt is everything that I have been looking for. He was kind enough to let me come into the store during his break and even allowed me to customize a wallet I had my eye on. My wife and I stayed for two weeks in the neighborhood, and passed by Ciro's fascinating workshop often. Watching him work through his windows gave me the incentive to finally talk to him about making me a new belt. I had a design and materials already in mind, and Ciro took time to advise me and make suggestions, which ultimately pleased me far more than my design would have. My wife was so inspired by Ciro and the process I went through, that she worked with him to design a new belt for her. The two belts were finished by the time promised. And we are both so pleased with the results, sturdy and of the highest quality materials and workmanship, and just the high quality originality and casualness we wanted.

Quoio is one the best stops we made when my husband and I were in Firenze last week. If you appreciate true craftsmanship and want to support local Italian artisans, go see Ciro!
Away from the hustle and bustle of the touristy area and on the south side of the river in Oltrarno where many artisans still hone their craft, you will find this quaint leather workshop run by Ciro, who practices traditional methods of leather working and makes excellent belts, wallets and other accessories by hand, one by one.
What’s great about Quoio is that I was able to personalize and design my full-grain veggie-tan bull leather belt and also a keyring cut from the same leather. I chose from a wide variety of buckles, which were made by a local metalsmith, and also from different leather finishes and widths. The prices are a little higher than what you would find at the vendors on other side of the Arno river but when you know that your money is helping to support a real local artisan so that he can continue and preserve traditional methods of leather working, every cent is worth it. Besides, you are getting a one-of-a-kind handcrafted piece. From Italy!
As it is handmade to order, I had to wait a few days so it was sent to my home. I just received the package yesterday and I am so THRILLED with my new belt and matching key ring! The leather is beautiful and rich, and goes so well with the buckle! Every stitch is perfectly placed and the finishing of the leather is top-notch! It is truly Italian-made. I know it will be my go-to belt from now on.

If you are in Firenze, go to Ciro! I bought a beautiful belt, hand-made by Ciro. i could choose materials, everything from A to Z. A few days later I received this belt by post - handmade - with the best material imaginable. Never had a nicer belt! Very happy.
If you are in Firenze, Italy, everywhere: if you like tradition, craftmanship, think twice before you buy in the big stores. Italy has a tradition in what Ciro does, and Ciro does it respectful to the tradition with the best materials.
The best thing about Ciro is - you get the best product - you support the real Firenze-people or Italians - and you support a better world and more respect to craftmanship, roots and tradition.

Usually, I don't write any comments but there are a few exemptions. Since the strap of my watch gets regularly broken I decided to ordered a watch strap at Ciro. What can I say? It's just fantastic! Ciro crafted a lovely peace of craftsmanship with precision and a lot of passion. Ciro implemented all my ideas how the strap should look like and he simply delivered great quality. To my mind there are only a few people out there how know what there are doing in their job and you do it with passion. Ciro is one of the few.

Walking the wonderful back streets of Florence I came upon you in your interesting atelier. After friendly and interesting conversation and seeing the finely hand crafted accessories you detail so carefully, I asked that you craft me a belt. It became so much a perfect part of my attire that I hoped to re-visit Florence one day for another of your items. My return visit a month ago only confirmed what a true feeling you have for crafting fine leather. My shoulder bag arrived yesterday with that distinctive quality leather sensual aroma, and a hand feel of only the best leather.
I couldn’t be more pleased. As much as I love Florence and have visited for decades, I’ve seen the truly dedicated hand crafted shops give way to those just importing goods with the implication that they are fine, Italian and local. They are produced in other countries! You are the only true Florentine leather craftsman that I know that still crafts in Florence itself.
Please continue with your unequaled talent right there in that wonderful and quaint workshop of yours. I hope to be back in the near future for another fine work of yours.

Absolutely beautiful and extremely well made belt. I wanted a handmade belt to go with a special brass buckle I had made for my husband. I certainly was not disappointed. It is not only what was advertised but so much more. I was able to have my grandchildren’s names and the date put on the inside of the belt to make it even more special.

I stumbled on Ciro's shop purely by chance while visiting a friend in Florence over a year ago. I purchased a wallet from him and was very much happy with the quality of its materials and workmanship. As a result, I e-mailed him a couple of weeks ago asking if he'd do a custom piece for me and ship it internationally. He was open to the idea and very communicative during the process. I've received the finished item two days ago and couldn't be happier with the results. I highly recommend his work to anyone.

If you look for fine handcrafted leather belts Quoio Shop in Florence is a absolute must to visit.
When I went to Florence in September 2017 I passed by Ciro's Shop and was facinated about his belt design and craft.
I ordered a personally designed belt which I received a week later at home and was very happy about the result. He did a great job - Eccellente lavoro !!!
He also took care about the shipment and kept me informed about the status until I received the package.

Ho voluto provare con Quoio, trovato casualmente, ed è stata la mia fortuna. Upon stumbling upon Ciro at Quoio, we found encapsulated the true heart and soul of Florence. A well curated selection of belts, wallets, pouches, and other items. I found a belt which I can’t describe the feeling of leather or replicate with any of the hundreds of belts I have owned. The leather is amazing quality, the attention to detail and care for the tradecraft is humbling. If you are in Florence, this is a place that you have to stop by and grab a belt. I got 1 and had to come back and buy 6 more. It is challenging to find true artisans that still inhabit the city of Firenze. At Quoio the soul continues to resonate.

But I dove in, took a chance, quickly chose a couple colors and buckles, and bought two belts for construction and (international) delivery after my departure. I could not be happier with the result. The belt I received from Ciro is absolutely stunning. I stumbled into his shop in Florence after my eye was caught by the beautiful leather goods hanging in the window of his charming shop/workshop. He explained how everything was customizable but that it would take a few days to make. I was leaving Florence that afternoon but luckily he was able to ship it to me in the US. I love my custom belt and wear it nearly every day. The quality of the material and craftsmanship is easy to see, I cherish this special accessory.

This was already my second order from this workshop — and just like the first time, everything was absolutely perfect. The items are beautifully crafted, with incredible attention to detail and made from really amazing quality leather. Honestly, just holding a piece of this leather would feel nice — and having it shaped into such finely handmade goods makes it even better.
I can tell that these things will last for many years. The quality is outstanding.
Also, communication with Ciro is excellent. It's easy to discuss any aspect of the process — from the design to shipping. He responds quickly and is always helpful and open to questions or requests.

Quando poi sono entrato, con tutta la mia famiglia, nella piccola bottega di Ciro, per acquistare la mia cintura in cuoio, fatta a mano, da esperte mani fiorentine, e farmene realizzare un’ altra, con una fibbia a cui sono particolarmente affezionato, è stato un colpo di fulmine.
Il posto è davvero strepitoso, un laboratorio che trasuda passione e professionalità, per non parlare di Ciro, un artigiano, con la A maiuscola. Competente, cortese e pieno di amore per il lavoro che fa con grande maestria e che rende, con i suoi modi garbati, l’esperienza ancora più bella.
Non saremmo più usciti dal negozio e ognuno dei miei cari ha comprato qualcosa, perché i prodotti esposti e l’odore del cuoio di toro sono davvero ipnotici, in più le descrizioni degli stessi e delle lavorazioni con cui vengono prodotti, che ci ha gentilmente fornito Ciro, li rendono davvero irresistibili ed unici.
Spero di tornare a Firenze a trovare il sig. Ciro, ma sono sicuro che di certo acquisterò altri stupendi manufatti da lui, anche tramite il sito web.
ps. la seconda cintura mi è arrivata stamani ed è proprio come speravo.

Ho acquistato la cintura BM033. Ringrazio Ciro che con la sua gentilezza ha adattato l'articolo a una mia richiesta in maniera molto spontanea, e mi ha chiarito alcuni dubbi prima dell'ordine.
La cintura è semplicemente bellissima, la qualità del cuoio è eccellente così come la lavorazione ed il colore. Anche la fibbia bellissima riporta intarsiato sul retro Made in Italy. Infine la confezione molto curata.
Sono molto soddisfatto, consiglio a chiunque cerchi prodotti in cuoio di alta qualità i prodotti di quoio.it e di scrivere due righe a Ciro.

Sono capitato per caso nella bottega di Ciro ed ho ordinato una cintura su misura.
Arrivata a casa dopo una settimana circa. Che dire perfetta! Cuoio di qualità eccellente (nel mio caso in toro conciato al vegetale), lavorato alla perfezione. Misura perfetta, venuta proprio come la volevo.
Titolare molto disponibile e paziente, ora so dove acquistare le mie cinture! A presto

Ho ordinato una cintura e ho chiesto una colorazione leggermente differente da quelle proposte e ho trovato subito disponibilità, serietà, competenza e professionalità. Ho ordinato una prima cintura quando mi trovavo a Firenze per la Biennale ed essendo stato molto contento del prodotto ne ho ordinata un'altra più sportiva che mi è stata inviata al mio indirizzo puntualmente e che mi ha molto soddisfatto.
